About Chef Cristina:
After a career as a buyer in the dynamic fashion world of the 90s, the passion for food pushed Cristina towards the food galaxy. Since the first babbling she has coordinated a network of Home-restaurants, extending it to all Italy and defining formats and modes. At the same time she organized cooking shows in Italy (also dedicated to children), in the United States and Japan. In 2015 Cristina founded ItalyFoodNest, a cultural association promoting the “made in Italy’ food experience in its many forms and expressions, history and culture. .
